THE ELEMENTARY public school of Barangay San Roque Madawon in Nabua, Camarines Sur is flooded on Nov. 12 following heavy rains dumped by typhoon Ulysses (international name: Vamco). The town of Nabua was also one of the hardest hit during typhoon Rolly (Goni) in the first week of November.
